This Privacy Policy explains how HighStakes AI ("HighStakes AI," "we," "us," or "our"), a business of High Stakes Automations based in Pensacola, Florida, collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit histakesai.com (the "Site"), contact us, or use our services (collectively, the "Services"). • Send you service-related and, where you have opted in, marketing communications by email, phone, or SMS/text message.

03SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your phone number and check the consent box on our forms (or otherwise opt in), you agree to receive text messages from HighStakes AI related to your inquiry and our services — such as appointment and meeting reminders, account or project updates, requests for job photos, and customer care. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are never required to agree to receive text messages in order to submit a form or use our Services.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the details in Section 12.

04How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not buy or sell leads. We share information only in these limited situations:

• Service providers — trusted vendors who perform services on our behalf (such as hosting, customer-relationship/marketing platforms, email and SMS delivery, and analytics), bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Advertising partners — Meta and Google receive information collected through the pixels and tags described in Section 6 (such as pages viewed and actions taken on the Site) to measure and deliver our advertising.
• Legal requirements — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of HighStakes AI, our clients, or others.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

05Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

06Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, understand how visitors use it, and measure and improve our advertising. Specifically, we use:

• Google Analytics and Google Ads — to measure traffic and the effectiveness of our Google advertising.
• The Meta Pixel (provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.) — which allows Meta to collect information about your visit, such as pages viewed and actions taken, to measure our ad performance and to show you relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram.

You can control cookies through your browser settings; opt out of Google Analytics via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on; manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com; and manage how Meta uses your information for ads at facebook.com/adpreferences.

07Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to opt out of marketing communications, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of advertising technologies such as the Meta Pixel and Google Ads may be considered "sharing" for targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising under some state privacy laws. You can opt out of this through the ad settings described in Section 6 or by contacting us. To exercise any right, contact us using Section 12 and we will respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

08Children's Privacy

Our Site and Services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

09Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
